before this event is confirmed, so do not make firm travel plans

Cancellation Policy
We need to know your commitment well in advance,
as we will be making financial and time commitments.
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. All final payments - due Sept. 30, 2010 -
are non refundable.
If we cancel the seminar for
any reason, there will of course be a full refund.
