I would also like to take this opportunity to
compliment you on great products. I looked at a few other Tai Chi DVD's but
found them extremely confusing to follow.
After searching the Web I found
your sight and was impressed with what I found.
Not only did the "4 Minute Fitness" & "Easy
Tai Chi for Busy People" routines work for me, but the information about
body alignment and breathing was extremely valuable. I have heard of and
have tried "The Alexander Technique" and diaphragmatic breathing techniques
in the past. They were good but your method was much better for me.
I now have less stiffness, walk
freer and feel better when sitting or standing. These are ideas that I can
use any time, any place. "BRAVO"
